Meet the Maker

My name is Nury. Grandmother of 3 beautiful children and mother of Patricia, Naturalis co-founder.
When one of my granddaughters was suffering from a bad case of eczema and dermatitis at age four, I wanted desperately to help her. We were tired of trying all the prescribed lotions and soaps for my granddaughter's condition that were full of chemicals. The condition always came back. That is when I came up with the idea of creating a unique soap that could help her.
My first soap was made with "Rosa Mosqueta" (Rosehip), which is an oil that is harvested from the seeds of rose bushes predominantly grown in Chile. Rosehip is full of vitamins, antioxidants and essential fatty acids that are known to help correct dark spots and hydrate dry, itchy skin, all while helping to reduce scars and fine lines. This soap largely helped my granddaughter's condition and it is the only soap that she uses.**
Then we started to experiment making soaps with other oils based on organic plants both locally grown in Southwest Florida, as well as imported from Central & South America and Europe. Now we offered a variety of skin care products at local farm markets, exclusively to local boutiques and online to the world as a wholly owned retailer, partners and also via other ecommerce platforms.

Hello Naturalis family!

I would like to share with you a little bit of what I do at Naturalis Soaps and why I do it .

I grew up in Chile, earned a Business degree and always dreamt of having my “own business”. When I moved to the U.S. in October 2000, leaving my family and 27 yrs of my life behind, I continued my path towards becoming a successful entrepreneur and a good human being.

When the pandemic started, I was laid off from my job due to COVID and decided to focus full time on a endeavor that my mom and I actually started back in 2018 as a hobby - Naturalis Soaps.

I envisioned our business of making handmade sea sponge soaps, a unique possibility of helping people improve their skin complexion, relieve skin conditions and much more. My Mom created Rosehip soap for my youngest daughter who suffered a bad case of eczema** for years. This soap helped her relieve all symptoms and erased scarring from this illness.**

This experience is what drove us to fully commit to this wonderful business venture, creating all types of soaps, natural and organic….as Mother Nature intended.

I can see a bright future ahead…What’s my dream? I see Naturalis stores all over the United States .

I am very thankful to this country for the opportunity to grow as a professional , mother, wife and entrepreneur!
