Refund policy

Unopened, unused product must be returned within 30 days of original purchase.

All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. 

all returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). Please allow us 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send you an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow o w to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
