Ten years ago, I had surgery to remove a brain tumor through my nose (transsphenoidal surgery) which left me dealing with migraines and sinus pain. 


My mom (and co-founder)🧓🏼 handcrafted an amazing soothing eye mask with fresh natural herbs and oils, and it’s been my go-to for relieving the discomfort around my eyes and head ever since.

🔥To apply heat 🔥 therapy (for pain relief) microwave the eye pillow for 30 seconds.

❄️To apply cold ❄️therapy (to reduce inflammation) store the eye pillow in the freezer until it's ready for use.

  1. Wet the Soap & Sponge
    Hold the soap under warm water until both the bar and the sea sponge side feel soft and moist.
  2. Lather Up
    Use the soap side directly on your face or body to create a rich, creamy lather.
  3. Gently Exfoliate
    Flip the bar and use the natural sea sponge side to gently exfoliate your skin in circular motions.
  4. Rinse & Care
    Rinse your skin with water. After using, gently squeeze out any excess water from the sponge and place the soap in a dry spot.
